The Cultural and Educational Center of the Student Union of Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Student Council of the Higher School (Faculty) of Television of Moscow State University invite Russian and foreign students to participate in the “Tsifra”  International Youth Video Festival. The event will be held within the framework of the All-Russian Vernadsky project, which unites active creative youth from all over Russia. Applications are accepted by April 10. 

The festival is held in six genre categories (short documentary and feature films, reportage, social video, animated film, monologue).
