USU holds the "Socio-economic development of the region: experience, problems, innovations" student scientific and practical conference
Students and professors of the Institute of Economics and Business of USU, as well as honorary guests - Sergey Baklanov , the first Vice-Rector for educational work, Gennady Spirchagov - head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation for Ulyanovsk region, Representatives of the Ministry of Youth Development of Ulyanovsk region attended the conference.
The participants discussed the economic development of the region, ways of development of regional multilateral cooperation, as well as talked about demographic policy and management of investment and innovation processes in the Ulyanovsk region. Experts - scientists of the Department of Economic Analysis and Public Administration, who organized the conference, and invited specialists shared their vision for solving the problems. Undergraduates, who already have experience in scientific work, and freshmen also presented their reports.
All forum materials will be included in specialized scientific collections, and the best speakers will be awarded with memorable gifts from the USU Board of Trustees. The conference was one of the events dedicated to the upcoming 25th anniversary of the Institute of Economics and Business.
