"Geographical Dictation"  is an international educational campaign of the Russian Geographical Society . The dictation  took place on October 30 at USU. More than 200 students of the State University took part in dictation online on the website dictant.rgo.ru , and over 60 tested their knowledge of geography in full-time format.

Geographical dictation has been held annually since 2015. The participants of the action anonymously answer questions about the geography of Russia. These can be questions on the knowledge of well-known facts, as well as tasks requiring the use of imaginative thinking, system logic, deep erudition.

Those who took dictation online will see the result immediately after answering the questions. The rest will be able to find out their result by QR code on the official website of the promotion.
