Kazan State Conservatory named after N. G. Zhiganov is a participant of the long–term "Big Music - to small towns" educational project initiated by the artistic director of the Sirius Educational Center, advisor to the Director General of the Bolshoi Theater of Russia and supported by the  "Bridge of Arts"  Foundation for the Development of Cultural Projects.

The project covers many regions of Russia, its participants are masters of arts representing the Bolshoi Theater of Russia, and young musicians. Ulyanovsk is among the participants of the project this year.
