Representatives of the working group of the Ministry of Defense under the leadership of Alexander Osadchuk head of the Main Department of Innovative Development, Major General, got acquainted with the scientific and technical potential of the university.

USU Rector Boris Kostishko presented the main activities of the university, paying special attention to patriotic education. The university specialists informed the guests about the training of personnel, scientific and technological developments that can be used in the interests of the military department.

Specialists of the university were invited to participate in the meeting of the Russian Ministry of Defense Commission on Innovative Projects and Technologies, which will be held in April at the site of the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center. Representatives of USU will make reports on initiative developments, present them at the thematic exposition.
