Anatoly Viktorovich is a well–known Russian scientist, Head of the Department of Medical Elementology at RUDN, Director of the Center for Bioelementology and Human Ecology at Sechenov University, Vice-President of the UNESCO Institute of Trace Elements.

The guest delivered an open lecture for teachers of students and postgraduates of biological and medical specialties. He spoke about bioelementology, a field that studies the composition, content, connections and interaction of elements in living organisms.

During the round table "Organization of scientific research on bioelementology and human ecology in the Ulyanovsk region", a cooperation agreement was signed between Ulyanovsk State University and RUDN. The document provides for partnership in research, methodological, pedagogical activities, and the development of international cooperation.
