The deadline for submitting applications is May 15. The training will be conducted in Chinese or English. The scholarship covers tuition and accommodation fees, as well as a monthly living allowance of 3,500 yuan.

The final decision on admission is made by Xiangtan University. The program is implemented at the Xiangtan University Business School. The main discipline is "Theoretical Economics" (Master's and doctoral studies). The course of study includes three sub-disciplines: "Political Economy", "World Economy", and "Population, Resources and Environmental Economics".
