Russian-Chinese Youth Business Accelerator Returns: A New Stage in Economic Cooperation and Opportunities for Young Entrepreneurs

Today, the Russian-Chinese Youth Business Accelerator kicks off at Ulyanovsk State University. This project revives the format of the Russian-Chinese Youth Business Incubator, which ran from 2016 to 2020. The main goal of the Accelerator is to strengthen economic ties between Russia and China and to enhance export competencies among entrepreneurs from both countries. The project is aimed at fostering mutual investments and creating conditions for successful partnerships between Russian and Chinese businesses.

The event is organized by the Government of the Ulyanovsk Region, the Ministry of Youth Development of the Ulyanovsk Region, Ulyanovsk State University, and the ANO "Leaders of International Cooperation," with grant support from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. Co-organizers and partners of the Accelerator include the All-China Youth Federation, the Youth Council of the Russian-Chinese Committee of Friendship, Peace, and Development,  the China Technology Transfer Center for SCO Member States, the Dome Foundation Investment Fund, and other significant organizations.

The Accelerator will feature training sessions and master classes focused on developing practical knowledge in Russian-Chinese economic and investment cooperation. Participants from both countries will have the opportunity to present their projects to investors, engage in B2B negotiations, and exchange experiences with experts. For Chinese entrepreneurs, a meeting with Ulyanovsk Region Governor Alexey Russkikh is planned, where the region's investment potential and business opportunities for Chinese companies will be presented.

The second phase of the Accelerator will take place this fall in Nanjing and Harbin.
