The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China are holding the IV Russian-Chinese Student Art Festival. Students of Russian and Chinese educational institutions of higher education are invited to participate in the festival – authors of creative performances with Russian-Chinese themes, during which participants demonstrate their abilities and skills in various types of art.

Those wishing to participate must fill out the online application form for participation before October 11 (attach a link to the file with the creative number there) to the email address: studfestival@mail.ru .
