"Business Conduct and Partner Search in China" Online ConferenceContinues the Program of the Russian-Chinese Youth Business Accelerator

A telebridge connected participants from two countries—Russia and China. The audience was welcomed by representatives responsible for organizing the accelerator: Tatyana Kirillova USU Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Social Work, Elena Semyonova Advisor to the Rectorate of USU and Head of the Russian-Chinese Youth Business Accelerator in Ulyanovsk, and Alexey Yezhov , Chairman of the Board of ANO "Leaders of International Cooperation," Co-Chair of the Youth Council of the Russian-Chinese Committee of Friendship, Peace, and Development . Russian and Chinese speakers shared their perspectives on the specifics of international business. Among the speakers were Tatyana Seliverstova, founder of the International Consulting Company "Consult Invest ITIC" and  Anna Sandrkinadirector of the international acceleration programs "BRICS Business Incubator" and "SCO Business Incubator",  Adil Shyryn Head of the Export Support Center of the regional "My Business" center , Sales Manager at 1M Machinery; Ruslan Zhakhin, Commercial Department Head at VAVS LLC; Sun Wenzjun, General Director of Orson Rus LLC; and Gleb Astashenkov, Head of the Ulyanovsk branch of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists. The organizers planned various formats, including lectures, an expert session, and a discussion platform.

The discussion began with a brief overview of the Chinese economy and its dynamics, touching on various aspects of doing business with China, including legal, cultural, and economic issues. Participants in the business accelerator learned how to find reliable partners, build competent and effective relationships with them, protect intellectual property, sign contracts, overcome language and cultural barriers, and optimize business processes. The event concluded with discussions about the prospects of Russian-Chinese relations and new market opportunities. Informal networking, known to be the most effective tool for building partnerships, was an essential part of the program.

It is worth noting that the Russian-Chinese Youth Business Accelerator project won a grant competition organized by Rosmolodezh. The accelerator began its work this summer, when a delegation of participants from China visited Ulyanovsk. It will continue until December, culminating in a return visit of Russian entrepreneurs to China.
