Elena Semyonova , the Advisor to the Rector of Ulyanovsk State University,  is currently leading the delegation of the Russia-China Youth Business Accelerator (RCYBA) from Ulyanovsk in Nanjing.

Yesterday marked the official opening of the RCYBA in Jiangsu Province, a partner region of the Ulyanovsk Region.

The Chinese stage of the accelerator includes visits by the Russian delegation to various companies and manufacturing facilities. These activities aim to strengthen the collaboration established during the summer session of the RCYBA in Ulyanovsk.

As part of the program, agreements have been reached between Ulyanovsk State University (USU), Nanjing Polytechnic University, and Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. The agreements focus on implementing joint educational and youth programs.
