USU joins the Earth Hour campaign. Become a participant in a large-scale event!

On March 27, the "Earth Hour" campaign will be held all over the world, when all electrical appliances and electric lighting are turned off for one hour. The theme of this year's campaign is the openness of environmental information. Earth Hour is the most massive environmental event on the planet. More than 2 billion people take part in it. people around the world, more than 188 countries, and more than 7,000 cities. The lights go out on more than 18,000 architectural monuments. The lighting of the largest buildings and structures is turned off: the Moscow Kremlin, the Great Wall of China, the Statue of Liberty in New York, the Eiffel Tower, the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, and others.

USU invites everyone to join this event. On March 27, at 18.30, we will gather together in auditorium No. 40 of the USU building No. 2 on the Sviyaga Embankment to watch the movie " Home. A date with the planet." And then the USU campus will be plunged into darkness as a sign of solidarity with the whole world.
