In Sochi, a project seminar "On the same wave with universities" was held, dedicated to the identification and support of talent and the development of social elevators for young people. The organizer was the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization"Russia-the Land of Opportunities".

Ulyanovsk State University was represented by Tatiana Kirillova, Vice-Rector for External Affairs and Youth Policy, and Galina Pazekova, Director of the Scientific and Educational Center for Interdisciplinary Research and Art Technologies.

The central topic of discussion was the launch of a project to create competence centers together with leading universities. The competence centers will implement the best practices of the "Leaders of Russia" and individualization of training. Students will be able to take a test to assess their competencies in leadership and management areas, then they will be offered an individual route of the educational trajectory.
