On November 14, Ulyanovsk State University will once again become a platform for the international educational action "Geographical Dictation" and will provide an opportunity for residents of Ulyanovsk and university students to take part in an exciting intellectual competition in geography

The geographic dictation of the Russian Geographical Society has been held annually since 2015. Participants anonymously answer questions about the geography of Russia. Assessment of the level of geographical literacy is not the main task of the action. It is educational in nature and aims to popularize geographical knowledge, as well as to increase interest in science and national heritage.
