The International Relations Department, the Center for Work with International  Students took part in the teleconference. Marina Yevtushenko, Director of the Center for Publication Activity, shared resources useful for future teachers and authors of publications, spoke about career opportunities, choosing a topic, and conducting scientific research.

In February 2019, a delegation from Ulyanovsk State University headed by Boris Kostishko, President of the Council of Rectors of Ulyanovsk Oblast, Rector of Ulyanovsk State University, visited Uzbekistan and took part in the Russian-Uzbek Educational Forum «New people - for the new economy». The forum presented the results of cooperation between Russian and Uzbek higher education institutions, formulated the main goals for the development of the higher education systems of the two countries, and signed 130 cooperation agreements. Since then, the friendship between the two universities has continued.
