women who are on parental leave until the child reaches the age of 3 years

• an extract from the employment record book with the introduction of a leave order is requested from the employer or through the  Pension Fund of the Russian Federation  on the "Работа в России" website
•  birth/adoption certificate of a child
• passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation

unemployed women with pre-school children aged 0-7

• certificate of absence of status of individual entrepreneur from the federal tax service
• certificate of personal account status from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation

who, from the date of completion of compulsory military service, have not been employed in accordance with Russian legislation on employment of the population for 4 months or more.
