Качество жизни пациенток после реконструктивно-восстановительных операций на молочной железе

Изучили показатели качества жизни 70 пациенток, перенесших реконструктивно-восстановительные операции на молочной железе. Нами были использованы тест-опросники депрессии и опросники по качеству жизни. Пациентки были разделены на 3 группы. Установлено, что более высокий уровень депрессии у II группы по сравнению с I группой. Низкий уровень депрессивности у III группы. Показатели физического компонента здоровья наибольшие во II группе по сравнению с I и III группами. Низкие показатели физического компонента здоровья у пациенток III группы. Показатели психологического компонента здоровья выше в III группе по сравнению со II и I группами. Более высокие показатели психологического компонента здоровья у пациенток II и III групп.

The quality of life of patients after reconstructive and reconstructive breast surgery

The quality of life indicators of 70 patients who underwent reconstructive and reconstructive breast surgery were studied. We used a depression test questionnaire and questionnaires on the quality of life. The patients were divided into 3 groups. It was found that a higher level of depression in group II compared to group I. Low level of depression in group III. Indicators of the physical component of health are the highest in group II compared to groups I and III. Low indicators of the physical component of health in group III patients. Indicators of the psychological component of health are higher in group III compared to groups II and I. Higher indicators of the psychological component of health in patients of groups II and III.
