Выраженность позитивных симптомов в экспериментальной модели шизофрении у крыс в зависимости от стадии эстрального цикла

Изучены поведенческие реакции крыс с моделью шизофрении в зависимости от стадии эстрального цикла в тесте «Открытое поле». Установлена зависимость между стадиями эстрального цикла и проявлениями симптомов шизофрении.

The severity of positive symptoms in an experimental model of schizophrenia in rats depending on the stage of the estrous cycle

The behavioral reactions of rats with a model of schizophrenia were studied depending on the stage of the estrous cycle in the «Open field» test. A relationship has been established between the stages of the estrous cycle and the manifestations of symptoms of schizophrenia.
