Дендримеры как полимерные платформы для переноса лекарственных препаратов

В работе приводятся данные о строении и свойствах дендримеров, относящихся к группе сферических разветвленных поликатионов. Особенности химического строения дендримеров обусловливают их способность связывать соединения, различные по строению и свойствам, а также их применение в медицине в качестве полимерных платформ для переноса различных фармакологических препаратов.

Dendrimers as polymer platforms for drug delivery

The data presented in the work concern the structure and properties of dendrimers which form the group of spherical branched polycations. The peculiarities of dendrimer chemical structure determine their ability to associate with a large number of compounds, different on structure and activity. Dendrimer application in medicine as polymer platforms for drug delivery is also discussed.
