Результат применения медицинской реабилитации в восстановлении пациентов с РМЖ при кардиоваскулярной форме автономной нейропатии в процессе противоопухолевого лечения

Данная статья отражает изменение состояния вегетативной нервной системы 60 пациентов с раком молочной железы I-IV стадии, получавших противоопухолевую терапию в ФГБУ ФНКЦРиО ФМБА России. Анализ результата сбора жалоб, проведенных тестов на выявление депрессии, тревоги, бессонницы, а также кардиоваскулярных тестов позволил определить оптимальный набор реабилитационных мероприятий с целью восстановления и повышения функционирования пациентов. Результаты применения реабилитационных мероприятий отражают положительное влияние на состояние пациентов и повышение уровня качества жизни.

The result of the use of medical rehabilitation in the recovery of patients with breast cancer with a cardiovascular form of autonomic neuropathy during the process of antitumor treatment

This article reflects the changes in the state of the autonomic nervous system of 60 patients with stage I-IV breast cancer who received antitumor therapy in the FSBI FSCCRO of FMBA of Russia. Analysis of the result of the collection of complaints, tests for depression, anxiety, insomnia, and cardiovascular tests allowed us to determine the optimal set of rehabilitation measures to restore and improve the patients' functioning. The results of the application of rehabilitation measures reflect a positive impact on the patients' condition and improvement of the quality of life.
