Влияние сывороточного уровня IL-8 на функциональный потенциал и адгезивную способность циркулирующих нейтрофилов при раке почки

Функциональная активность нейтрофилов обусловлена способностью к фагоцитозу, секреторной дегрануляции, продукции активных форм кислорода и нетозу. Характеристиками функциональной активности нейтрофилов является наличие гранул, содержащих протеолитические ферменты, а также уровень экспрессии рецепторов на мембране. IL-8 способен симулировать опосредованный нейтрофилами фагоцитоз и внешний киллинг, а также способствует адгезии и миграции нейтрофилов в очаг воспаления.

The influence of serum levels of IL-8 on the functional potential and adhesive ability of circulating neutrophils in kidney cancer

The functional activity of neutrophils is determined by the ability of phagocytosis, secretory degranulation, production of reactive oxygen species and NETosis. Characteristics of the functional activity of neutrophils are the presence of granules containing proteolytic enzymes, as well as the level of expression of receptors on the membrane. IL-8 is capable of simulating neutrophil-mediated phagocytosis and extrinsic killing, and also promotes adhesion and migration of neutrophils to the site of inflammation.
