Влияние экспрессии андрогеновых рецепторов на клинико-морфологические особенности и выживаемость пациентов с трижды негативным раком молочной железы

Цель работы - определить влияние экспрессии андрогеновых рецепторов на клиническое течение и прогноз у пациенток с трижды негативным раком молочной железы.

Проведен анализ клинико-морфологических и прогностических параметров у 253 пациенток с инвазивным трижды негативным раком молочной железы.

Было продемонстрировано, что экспрессия андрогенных рецепторов при трижды негативном раке молочной железы статистически значимо ассоциируется с возрастом, местно-распространенной формой заболевания, мультифокальным характером роста, инвазивным дольковым и особым гистологическим формами опухолей, низкой степенью злокачественности, низким уровнем Ki67 и не ассоциируется с общей и безрецидивной выживаемостью.

Установлено, что экспрессия андрогеновых рецепторов при трижды негативном раке молочной железы ассоциируется с определенными клинико-морфологическим параметрами опухоли, но не влияет на прогноз.

The influence of androgen receptor expression on clinical and morphological features and survival of patients with triple-negative breast cancer

Purpose. To determine the effect of androgen receptor expression on the clinical course and prognosis of patients with triple-negative breast cancer. Materials and methods. An analysis of clinical, morphological and prognostic parameters was carried out in 253 patients with invasive triple-negative breast cancer. Results. It has been demonstrated that androgen receptor expression in triple-negative breast cancer is statistically significantly associated with age, locally advanced disease, multifocal growth pattern, invasive lobular and special histological forms of tumors, low grade of malignancy, low Ki67 levels and is not associated with overall and disease-free survival. Conclusions. Expression of androgen receptors in triple-negative breast cancer is associated with certain clinical and morphological parameters of the tumor, but does not affect the prognosis.
