Yuri Kulik ,  Chief Federal Inspector, Federal Inspectors Andrey Shibnev and    Andrey Shibnev visited Ulyanovsk State University. Boris Kostishko introduced the guests to the history and activities of USU,  "Priority 2030"  development program . Yuri Kulik and his colleagues discussed issues of cooperation with representatives of the university, examined the university infrastructure facilities.
