USU students from India celebrate a national holiday
On September 26, the Hindus begin the Vedic festival of worship of the Divine Mother Navaratri, which lasts nine days and nine nights, this is an important practice for gaining protection and blessing. The goal of Navaratri is to ignite in people the inner light of striving for a better and more spiritual life.
On the day of the holiday, about 70 USU students from India gathered in an Art studio. They congratulated each other, performed national dances and spiritual rituals associated with the Navaratri holiday. The event was attended by members of the Association of Foreign Students - one of the activities of the strategic project "Social Actor".
