USU Medical faculty team  took the II place at the jubilee V Moscow International Universiade on Human Anatomy "Anatomist and I" named after academician M.R. Sapin. The intellectual tournament is held annually by the Department of Human Anatomy of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. At the opening, the head of the department Vladimir Nikolenko noted that every year the Universiade expands its geography, this year 21 teams from 15 cities of Russia took part in it.

Ulyanovsk State University was represented by a team of sophomores of the "Medical Business"specialty: Denis Ovechkin, Alyona Kondratieva, Alexandra Nemchak, Lev Yurchikhin, Diana Shabaeva, curated by Olga Stolbovskaya,  Associate Professor of the Department of Anatomy.

"Theory in anatomy", "Latin terminology", "Practice in anatomy", "Game", "Homework" were the stages were prepared for the participants
