The forum is held in the format of an open discussion platform, where young scientists from Russia and abroad get acquainted with the main directions of modern rehabilitation, discuss the development priorities of the direction in Russia and other countries, present their projects and developments in order to get an expert assessment.

The program included scientific sessions of young scientists, presentation of research in the field of rehabilitation, a session of volunteers "Revival", discussion of the main issues of participation of volunteers in rehabilitation, master classes on rehabilitation, and traditional Chinese medicine.

The organizers of the forum are the Ulyanovsk State University, the Union of Rehabilitologists of Russia, the Russian-Chinese Association of Medical Universities, the Federal Center for Brain and Neurotechnologies of the and  Federal Scientific and Clinical Center for Medical Radiology and Oncology of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, the National Training Foundation.
