"CARDO" is  a new project of the "Russia is a country of opportunities" presidential platform, aimed at supporting talents in the field of street culture and sports, creating social elevators for the youth of the streets.

The streets  today  are recognizable brands, athletes, dancers, cultural figures, promising public and business projects. Street culture unites more than 10,370,000 people in Russia.

"CARDO"  international competition-award is the first and only award in the world for contribution to the development of street culture and sports, in which the best representatives of street culture and sports from different countries pass competitive tests in four formats: award, video, competitions, public projects in 10 areas: BMX, SCOOT, HIP-HOP, PARKOUR, TRICKING, BREAKING, WORKOUT, GRAFFITI, SKATEBOARDING, DJ.

Participants are fighting for the recognition of the community and experts, mentoring and training, the opportunity to inspire others and develop professional skills, contracts with brands and companies, prize money and personal support.
